The Center will provide guidance and support concerning death care choices, end of life doula services, healing/energy work, classes, grief education and counseling, and provide a space for visitations or memorial services. We are open to receiving guidance and assistance from community members in developing this center.
I am blessed to have found another ‘calling’ while volunteering at our local conservation cemetery. While supporting and assisting families bury their own loved ones, I witnessed the importance of knowledgeable and compassionate funeral directors. From that experience, I chose to return to school to become a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, in order to provide a more encompassing line of support. Please join us with the power of your imagination, knowledge, creativity, and come hang out there with us...
Photo: Quilted design of Jane's beloved memory of their family camp spot on a lake in Maine. It was a place, where we could and would commune with Mother Nature and lay our burdens down, with swimming, running through the woods, fishing, singing in the big lawn swing, row boat adventures in the swamp, looking for turtles and frogs, etc. It was ‘heaven on earth.’ Above the door hung the name, ‘Trails End’.
